A First For Emily!

Emily has had this loose tooth for awhile, but I couldn't make myself pull it. I have a phobia of pulling teeth. I'm sure it's from my own experience has a child. Well anyways yesterday morning while I was getting Em ready for school I notice that the tooth was just barley hanging there (I still couldn't pull it). I take Emily to her Nanny Dawna's house every morning so she can ride to school with her. Dawna wanted to pull it but Emily wasn't going to tell her. I went to pick Emily up from school and the tooth was in a bag. She told me she bumped it on of the pencil box and it just fell out. I know I know I just need to get brave and pull the next one, and that shouldn't be not long from now another tooth is getting pretty loose. Well anyways here are a few pictures of my toothless little girl. It makes her look so big. Look closely and you will see the tooth in the bag (on the far right).

Doesn't she look funny. She can't stop looking at herself in the mirror.

I can't believe you let it fall out on its own, even I would have pulled it if it would have been hanging there! Emily is such a big girl, did the tooth fairy visit Emily?!

Les 'helped' Sarah brush her teeth when she had a barely hanging tooth she wouldn't let us pull. the darn toothbrush slipped and knocked it out. I can't believe you have a child old enough to lose teeth!

I never could pull you girls' teeth either - guess I had to balance out your dad since he couldn't wait to jerk them out - Em is getting to be such a big girl - where has the time gone?
